The Body Heals. We Guide the Way.
The Brain Health Education and Research Institute was founded on a fundamental truth: the human body will heal naturally — our role is to aid through proper nutrition and human connection.
Since 2013, in partnership with the National Institute of Health, we have developed and refined care protocols that address the root causes of brain injury in law enforcement officers, veterans, and young athletes.

BHERI's approach is built on three pillars: advanced neurological assessment to understand the injury, evidence-based treatment protocols centered on our Omega-3 nutrition program, and the irreplaceable power of dedicated 1-on-1 human coaching.
We don't just treat symptoms. Our protocols address the root neurological causes of injury, supporting the brain's natural capacity to heal when given the right nutritional and environmental support.

RESEARCH INITIATIVES
Active Studies
Omega-3 Nutrition Protocol
Over 5 years, our workhorse protocol paired with personal coaching grossly aids overall recovery. We are pursuing a comparative study to formally document outcomes.
Hormone Dysregulation
For delayed care from injury, hormone regulation requires additional intervention. We are developing an integrated care model that addresses hormonal imbalances alongside neurological recovery.
Psychedelic Prevention
We believe our protocol can heal the brain, preventing the need for psychedelic intervention. We are conducting a comparative study to demonstrate non-invasive alternatives.
